After arriving at the tea house, we’ll begin the day with a morning theory lesson on the basics of freediving while indulging in some delicious morning tea and scones. From there, we’ll head to the National Park, where we’ll enjoy a rejuvenating stretching and breathing session on the grass, preparing our bodies and minds for the day ahead.
